Information for ticket buyers

• We do not charge ticket sales fees on top of the ticket price. You can choose the following extra services: if you do not have an opportunity to print tickets bought in the web shop, you can pick them up at any of our sales pionts (service charge 3,00 LTL per purchase) or choose delivery of the tickets by SMS to your mobile phone (service charge 3,00 LTL per ticket);
• At "Bilietų Pasaulis" points of sale you can pay in cash or with a debit/credit card;
  
• Your ticket is evidence of your purchase. Attention: tickets can be damaged by exposure to heat or sunlight;
  
• We impose a limit of 8 tickets per purchase;
  
• If you are entitled to discount, please tell about it to a sales person before the purchase;
  
• Tickets, which are bought on the internet and  picked up at points of sale, are issued only on presentation of purchase confirmation number and valid personal ID;
  
• Invoice for ticket purchase -  please contact office of “Bilietų Pasaulis”;
  
• Tickets are not subject to repurchase or refund by the seller, unless the event is canceled or the date is changed. For money refunds please contact "Bilietų Pasaulis" office, unless promoter of the event instructs differently.  NB! You will be asked to return the ticket in order to get money refund;
  
• Additional information about the event - please ask the sales person;
  
• "Bilietų Pasaulis" is only an intermediary between event promoters and ticket buyers. "Bilietų Pasaulis" is not liable for the quality or content of the event;
